I anticipate that over the next few months we will have an increase of inventory and anticipate that buyers will become more motivated to secure a home as interest rates have now started to move in an upward direction. In addition, we are seeing home prices rise in areas like California, Florida, New York, etc, so we have many families looking to make Arizona their new home.
As more inventory comes to our market over the next few months the supply will meet demand and it will shift from a sellers market, or "balanced" market to a buyers market again. Homes will start sitting on the market longer and buyers will become more aggressive with their initial offers.
